Derbyshire Beekeepers Association are pleased to present a whole day event designed to give you an insight into Honey Bees and Beekeeping.
We are not trying to sell beekeeping to you, we are looking to ensure you know what is involved so you can make an informed decision whether Beekeeping is for you, now or in the future.

The day covers all the basics and more besides.

• The history of Beekeeping and Honey Bees
• The colony and inspection
• Spring and Summer management
• Autumn and Winter management
• What is needed to get started

Refreshments throughout the day are provided and lunch is included..
